I had been looking at these systems for a long time and my neighbor recently purchased the Dragon system and was telling me about how amazing it was, so I finally decided to pull the trigger and give it a shot. I didn't get the Dragon, but I got the Shockwafe and it did not disappoint! I am somewhat of an intermediate audiophile and pretty picky about how things sound, so I was a little skeptical at first. I really didn't have any reason to be; this thing sounds amazing! There are lots of little "knobs" you can tweak, but honestly, it sounds perfectly fine just out of the box. I am glad I made the purchase and would easily recommend this to anyone I know that is in the market for a new home entertainment sound system!

Hands down the best sound system I’ve owned. The audio is extremely clean, sharp, and precise—it honestly tricks your brain into thinking you're listening to a full component receiver setup rather than a soundbar. This has been a major upgrade from my old Nakamichi Shockwafe system. The wireless allows a lot flexibility for placement in any major room setup. The sound is also amazing. Though you will need to properly calibrate with the app or somethings do sound a bit overpowered compared to others. Other than that, it's been a solid investment for my home theater setup.

Absolutely top of the line soundbar

First of all, this thing really is a beast of a system, both in size and power. Most days I only keep it around 10% volume because it absolutely goes hard and can handle any size room. But the build quality is super solid, everything shipped extremely quickly and was very professionally packaged so no damage would come to anything, lots of very dense foam padding molded so nothing would move. There was a hole in the subwoofer box but the packaging made sure none of that damage from shipping impacted the subwoofers themselves, which arrived pristine. Coming from Nakamichi's older sound systems from about 8 years ago, this is a huge upgrade in terms of firmware quality, the eARC handles handshaking more seamlessly than before, adjusting to changing sound signals on the fly much better. It was a seamless plug and play experience on a new TV, everything just worked out of the box. But I was still able to use the remote and the app to calibrate it to be even better suited to my room size and setting different profiles based on the content.

#### How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS and a signature will be required for acknowledgement of receipt. For shipping-related enquiries, please contact UPS at 1.800.742.5877 with your tracking number.
#### When will my order arrive?
Your order confirmation email includes an estimated shipping date. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery. Track your package directly on the UPS tracking page.
#### Can I use Shockwafe Wireless outside of the USA?
Yes, all Shockwafe Wireless speaker components are capable of handling international voltages (110-240V, 50/60Hz).
To power Shockwafe Wireless outside of the USA, you can use travel/international power adapters to connect the bundled power cables directly to your country's wall socket.
Alternatively, you can purchase replacement IEC power cables that are terminated for your country's wall socket. For Shockwafe Wireless, you will need:
a. 4 x IEC C7 cables (for surround speakers and subwoofers)
b. 1 x IEC C5 cable (for soundbar power adapter)
#### What is the Returns Policy for Shockwafe Wireless and its related accessories?
Our Returns Policy is valid for 45 calendar days from the date of delivery when you purchase from the Nakamichi Official Web Store. Free returns are only available within the USA.
Subject to the conditions outlined in our full Returns Policy, we will provide a free shipping label for returns from the original delivery address.

All systems come with a 1-year parts and labor USA warranty.
#### Can I audition Shockwafe Wireless in a store?
Currently, there is no in-store auditioning of Shockwafe Wireless available. Shockwafe Wireless ships directly from Nakamichi's Official Web Store, Amazon, and Best Buy (USA) or B&H (international).
#### Do you ship internationally?
B&H is an authorized retailer with the capability to ship the Shockwafe Wireless 11.2.6 Soundbar System to residences outside the USA. For more information, click [here](https://www.nakamichi-usa.com/international-shipping).
All products purchased come with a 1-year parts and labor USA warranty. If your system requires servicing, the warranty remains valid as long as you can ship the product back to Nakamichi in California at your expense and provide a valid USA shipping address for return delivery once servicing is complete.
