1. There is something wrong with my Nakamichi product.
If your product is not working correctly, drop us an email and let us help you with a warranty repair or replacement.
- Include in the email (1) model number, (2) digital copy of the proof of purchase from an authorized retailer and (3) your shipping address.
- Our warranty is valid within 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. How to pack my Nakamichi product for repair or replacement?
Use a padded envelope or box. Do NOT use a plain paper envelope which will tear during shipping and handling.
3. Does Nakamichi pay for shipping?
- Customers pays for shipping to Nakamichi.
- Nakamichi will pay for shipping back to you.
4. How long does it take to process the items?
Once we receive your item, we'll get sorted up to 5-7 days business days, not including shipping times.
