B&H is an authorized retailer that ships Nakamichi Shockwafe soundbars to most countries outside the USA, either by DHL Express or a reputable carrier. Shipping and custom fees are also handled by B&H.

Shipping rates vary based on destination. Duties and taxes may also automatically be charged, based on the laws of each country. All orders require signature upon delivery.

3. An estimate of total costs (including shipping, duties and taxes) will be shown. Select “Begin Checkout”.
4. Enter your address. Select “View Shipping Options”.

5. Select your preferred shipping option. Then, select “Continue to Payment”.
6. B&H accepts credit/debit card and PayPal as payment options.

For any international purchase, B&H will decide if it accepts returns. If a return is accepted, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Based on their documentation, you will need to open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Click here for more information. Should you have any questions about international returns, please check with them directly.
The one year parts and labor warranty is only valid in the USA. In the event that your Shockwafe soundbar needs warranty service, as long as you can get the product back to us in California and provide a return USA shipping address back to you, we will still honor the warranty.
General FAQ & Enquiries
Yes, All Shockwafe eARC/SSE series soundbar components (not the Pro 7.1 2016) are capable of handling international voltages (110-240V, 50/60Hz). In addition, the system is supplied with an appropriate number of figure-8 (C7) power cables that can be connected directly to a US wall socket.

To power your Shockwafe, you can use travel/international power adapters to connect the bundled power cables to your country's wall socket. Alternatively, you can source for replacement figure-8 (C7) power cables that are correctly terminated for your country's wall socket.
You will need the following number of travel/international power adaptors or power cables:
- Shockwafe 7.1 SSE: 2. One for soundbar, one for subwoofer
- Shockwafe 7.2 / 9.2 SSE, and 9.2 eARC: 3. One for soundbar, one for each subwoofer
B&H’s system will calculate and propose the shipping rate based on your address. Their delivery partner (Typically DHL Express/Freight) will handle shipping from B&H’s warehouses. Import, Duties and Tax charges may be calculated by B&H’s automated system.

No, we do not offer international shipping. You can only purchase the product internationally through B&H's international shipping program.
