All systems purchased from our official website (nakamichi-usa.com) or authorized retailers (Amazon and B&H) come with 1 year parts and labor USA warranty. In the event that your Shockwafe Wireless needs servicing, we will still honor the warranty as long as you can ship the product back to us in California (at your expense) and provide an *eligible USA shipping address for us to ship to after servicing is complete. *Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship returns to the following destinations: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO and P.O Box addresses.

All Shockwafe Wireless speaker components are capable of handling international voltages (110-240V, 50/60Hz). In addition, the system is supplied with an appropriate number of power cables that can be connected directly to a US wall socket.

To power Shockwafe Wireless, you may use 5 travel/international power adapters to connect the bundled power cables to your country's wall socket. Alternatively, you can source for replacement IEC power cables that are terminated for your country's wall socket. You will need 1 x IEC C5 cable and 4 x IEC C7 cables.
